Warranty:
YOUR GENERALMUSIC WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
Component parts: Five (5) years from date of purchase.
Labor: One (1) year from date of purchase.
Generalmusic Corp. warrants that
each component part of the instrument will be free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from
the date of delivery to the purchaser. We agree to remedy any
such defect by repairing or replacing, at our option, with new
or equal part in exchange. Repair or Replacement parts installed
will then be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original
warranty term. Contract your franchised Generalmusic dealer if
such defects occur. Cabinet, deterioration due to use and time
are not covered by this warranty. Imperfections in any of these
items should be called to the attention of your dealer without
delay.
Exclusions
This warranty shall not be in effect if the instrument has
been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or act of God,
improper installation or servicing, or has been used with
accessories not manufactured by Generalmusic. Our obligation is
limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does
not cover transportation charges either to or from the repair
facility or dealer. Please complete the attached warranty
registration card and return to Generalmusic Corp. within ten
(10) days from date of purchase. This warranty is extended to
the original purchaser only and a dated purchase receipt is
required for warranty performance.
Additional warranties, if any, which
may have been offered be either the distributor or the selling
dealer represent the obligation of such distributor or dealer
and not the obligation of Generalmusic Corp.
All warranties implied by law
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose shall be of a duration of one (1) year from
date of purchase. The warranties herein are expressly in lieu of
all other express warranties including the payment of
consequential or incidental damages for the breach of any
warranty.
Some states do not all (a)
limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or (b) the
exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages
so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
