The new GPS 2600 digital piano incorporates the most advanced sound generation technology available with automatic features to facilitate instant creativity, encased in an attractive classical cabinet guaranteed to enhance any surroundings.

Keyboard.
A special weighted keyboard with Hammer Action and escapement gives you the realistic sensation of playing a fine acoustic piano.
Generation.
GPS 2600 is a 32 part multitimbral, 64 note polyphonic instrument allowing up to 32 layers and 32 splits to be created. The 1,000-plus sounds include a series of new Grand Piano tones developed for the renowned Realpiano line. The ergonomically designed control panel with its large central graphic display (320 x 240 pixels) gives you easy and instant control of every function of the instrument. The GPS 2600 offers 5 exclusive presets, Grand Piano, El.Grand, El.Piano1/2 and Vibes, plus 64 new presets - including the Drawbar Presets. The Drawbar Presets let you play, while controlling in real time, the classic tonewheel organ sound using the 8 sliders on the front panel.
Effects processors.
The GPS 2600 features four editable digital effects processors divided into two groups. Two effects can be assigned to each track, with a choice of 24 reverbs and 32 modulation effects for each group.
Styles.
The arranger section of the instrument contains 192 ROM styles with 4 variations each and 32 RAM styles, user-programmable or updatable from floppy disk. Each style is made up of 8 tracks (Drums, Bass, Acc.1/2/3/4/5/6), and has 8 Style Presets that let you instantly reconfigure its voicing.
Sequencer.
The GPS 2600 offers a professional sequencer with 32 tracks, a capacity of 250,000 events/ 16 songs, 1/192 resolution, microscopic editing, groove quantize, background loading and compatibility with Standard MIDI Files 0, 1 and 1+Lyrics, plus Generalmusic’s WK/SK, GMX and SX/WX formats, and the ‘.KAR’ format.
Disk drive / hard disk.
The GPS 2600 is equipped with an internal hard disk pre-loaded with over 200 songs in TUNE1000® format with lyrics that can be displayed, 192 styles and 65 MB of PCM samples. The built-in 3.5" disk drive can format disks in expanded format (1.6 MB) and also MS-DOS (1.44 MB and 720 KB). The ‘Direct from Disk’ function speeds up the playback of Midi files stored on floppy disk and on the hard disk.
Audio/Video interface.
With the special Audio/Video interface, you can use any TV screen to display the melody, lyrics and chords of a song, even in karaoke style. Thanks to the sophisticated Vocal Processor, you can even add up to 4 harmony lines to your voice, creating extraordinary vocal harmonies in real time.
Amplification.
The powerful 3-way 6-speaker 70W + 70W stereo amplification system is further enhanced by the ‘Bass Boost’ feature which offers the fat, pumping bass ideal for modern music styles. But the GPS2600 also adds a completely new dimension to your music: the ‘3D Stereo Enhancer’ gives a new depth to each sound of the instrument.
Cabinets.
The beautiful grand piano cabinet offers an attractive classical form with gloss black or gloss white finishes, to complement any style of interior decor.
